Privacy Policy#

What we store#

• Your putting data: the rounds you enter, meaning the date, optional course name and notes, and the distance of each putt.
• Voice entry, when enabled: the short recording is sent to the configured speech-to-text provider so putt distances can be proposed for your review. Normal round-entry recordings and transcripts are not intentionally saved by SGP after the response is returned.
• Your sign-in: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture so we can keep your rounds attached to your account. Sign-in is handled by Clerk; we never see or store your Google password.
• Creating an account: Clerk stores the name, email address and authentication details used to create and secure your account. When Clerk creates the account, it sends a signed notification to SGP; the app emails the owner your name, email address, Clerk user ID and account-creation time so the owner knows a new user joined. This information is not used for marketing.

Administrator voice evaluations#

Administrators have a separate model-evaluation tool. Recordings made deliberately in that tool, their transcripts, corrected ground truth, and feedback are retained in private cloud storage for model evaluation. The tool labels this retained use before recording and lets an administrator delete a case and all of its artifacts. This is separate from normal round entry.

What we don’t do#

No analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, and no location tracking. We don’t sell or share your data, and we don’t use it to build a profile of you or send you marketing.

Where your data lives#

Rounds are saved in your browser’s local storage so the app works offline, and backed up to private cloud storage that is scoped to your account. Only you can read your own rounds.

Deleting your data#

You can delete any round from inside the app, which removes it from your device and from the backup. You can also export everything to CSV or JSON at any time. To delete your account and all of its data, email hello@jensenbuilt.com.
